Beside our regular testing of all ingredients on suppliers side, we do regular tests on all our final products as well. To avoid bias results we use independent laboratories only.

if we can not resolve the issue with distributor we remove him from official distributors list ! Simple as that. Being an official distributor in certain area brings noticeable traffic to them, so believe me they do care who is on the list and who is not. Also it is impossible for a customer to get into a situation where he would confirm his distributor, place an order, then get into a problem with supplier only to find out that particular distributor was taken off the list just days ago. When we suspect bad practice we react immediately and distributor is taken of the list before the case is closed, when situation is resolved his name gets listed back again. We want distributors to be motivated to resolve any complains asap.
